MK1 Gym is a family ran, independent gym based in Selby.

It is the direct result of wanting to create a state-of-the art training facility that caters for all.

Bursting with premium gym equipment, MK1 has been purpose built with it’s customers at the heart of it’s values.

The people spoke, we listened and MK1 is the result.
