Why so many suicides&nbsp;<\/p><p>Entering the final year? Was it fear of<\/p><p>Failed exams, or as written in the note a&nbsp;<\/p><p>Girl scrawled just before an overdose \u2013 knowing&nbsp;<\/p><p>Her entire life was trapped in debt? No job&nbsp;<\/p><p>In the world would ever pay it off. She&nbsp;<\/p><p>Just preferred to sleep for good. Still, no one&nbsp;<\/p><p>Knows why the boy with a large allowance&nbsp;<\/p><p>Leapt from a nearby cliff in front of friends,<\/p><p>Most of whom were stoned, arrested at the scene.<\/p><p>No charges in the end. Police were called-<\/p><p>Out by the press, pilloried for weeks when&nbsp;<\/p><p>Parents made complaints, though every&nbsp;<\/p><p>Question was ignored about a boy who&nbsp;<\/p><p><em>Relished every breath, <\/em>his father&nbsp;<\/p><p>Said at the funeral, using words&nbsp;<\/p><p>That seemed high flown \u2013 <em>My son was an<\/em><\/p><p><em>Unrivalled scholar, not some&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p><em>Victim of self-harm. <\/em>He tried to carry on but&nbsp;<\/p><p>Wept into the grave, then went to<\/p><p>Xerox the report at home, sent it to the press,<\/p><p>Yelling in a camera \u2013 <em>The tutors here are&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p><em>Zombies who led my son to death.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Abecedarian for Higher Education A news account some years ago said several&nbsp; Bereaved parents formed a group, Commissioned a report into student Deaths.
