In this found poem, the Hail Mary is integrated with phrases and sentences taken from motivational pamphlets and course materials, popular during the 1950s, aimed at improving American salesmen\u2019s sales performance. The poem also includes a transparent nod to a line (modified here) that recurs five times in Eliot’s The Waste Land.
